Vores e-bog indeholder kostplaner, træningsprogrammer og en masse viden omkring en sundere tilværelse i hverdagen. Du vil blive præsenteret for en række argumenter for at omlægge din livsstil, og vi håber, at indholdet kan være med til at motivere dig.
I e-bogen finder du 2 kostplaner til mænd og 2 kostplaner til kvinder:

Den ene kostplan støtter din livsstilsomlægning, så du vil opnå et vægttab på ca. ½ kg pr. uge (beregnet ud fra en startvægt svarende til; kvinde 80 kg og mand 95 kg, som er ca. 10 kg overvægt).
- Den anden kostplan har fokus på den rette kost ved vægtvedligeholdelse (beregnet ud fra en vægt svarende til; kvinde 70 kg og mand 85 kg).

Vores e-bog er udarbejdet i samarbejde med dygtige fagfolk.
Helle Brøcher fra Min Diætist har stået for kostplanerne. Helle har mere 20 års erfaring i individuel diætbehandling og kostvejledning. Hun er uddannet klinisk diætist ved Aarhus Universitet i 1996 samt autoriseret af Sundhedsstyrelsen. Herudover har hun en diplomuddannelse i sundhedsformidling.
Mette Kristensen fra Profysio har stået for træningsprogrammerne. Mette er uddannet fitnessinstruktør hos Tradium i Randers og personlig træner hos Hansenberg i Kolding. Mette har efterfølgende uddannet sig som kostvejler.

At Sportsbuddy we are so sure on the quality of our products, that we provide a 14-day return policy on all products. In addition, there is of course a 2-year warranty.

The right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacture, and does not apply to defects or damage that has occurred due to incorrect operation of the product or if original packaging is missing.

When the return package is received, we will review the package and your case. If there is a basis for a refund, we will automatically return the money to the account you placed your order with - if the refund is required in another account, please contact us before sending a package return.
