Payment accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

We do not charge card fees.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.

Sportsbuddy uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.


Orders received before 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. We ship our products with PostNord and all orders are sent with a unique tracking number, so you can follow your package from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your address.

We deliver to a parcel shop, to a business address or to a private address. There is always free shipping to the parcel shop, for home delivery the price is 19 DKK and to business address 35 DKK.

We have day to day delivery every weekday (Saturday only to delivery point)


There are 2 years warranty according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging. Please also remember to obtain a receipt of dispatch so that we can reimburse your freight costs.

We do not accept packages sent COD and we only accept packages sent directly to the address.

When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14 day full return policy on items purchased from our webshop.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

This means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that if you cancel part of your purchase, you will not be refunded the shipping costs.


Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned and you are liable if any damage occurs during transit.

Condition of the goods when you return them

You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop.

If the item is tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a refund of part of the purchase price or the shipping costs, depending on the commercial value of the item.

To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical shop. You may try the product, but not actually use it.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a depreciation of the item.

Refund of the purchase price

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days of the day we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will refund the money using the same means of payment you used to make the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof that you have returned it.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer that you can try the product for up to 14 days from you have received the item. You can therefore try the product risk-free, and if you are not satisfied, you can either get your money back or exchange the product.

If you use the satisfaction guarantee, the following applies:

The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of you notifying us that you wish to use the satisfaction guarantee.

The goods must not be damaged.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging

You are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse.

We will refund your payments as soon as we have verified that the conditions of the extended right of withdrawal/satisfaction guarantee have been met.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.
